Correction: -Soak all washed utensils/dishes in a 100 ppm bleach solution for 2 minutes and let air dry- or after dishwasher is fixed
Comments

- Cleaning /sanitation still not adequate-

** store all items off of the floor including all buckets and bins at least 6 " off of the floor on shelving units
** store any opened bags of dry goods and foods in soft packaging in sealed bin ( due to possible of rodent in facility)
** provide more monitoring device throughout the facility
** bad smell ( like sewage) in dishwashing area - investigate and rectify

** Note : violation ticket re: Fail to comply with Health Act Correction Order issued on March 21-2024- will be held on file and issued as per area inspector decision in addition to other enforcement action .
