Follow up inspection conducted with 5 kitchen staff.

- No flies activity observed, dry storage area and mop sink area free of clutters and well organized.
- Cleaning and re-caulking are on progress.
- Filter of the ventilation system cleaned.
- Stacks of buckets were not greasy and in sanitary condition.
- No cardboard boxes re-used in the food processing area.

Note: (1) educate the staff to thaw meat in the cold running water or in the walk-in cooler, and keep a good practice in daily operation.
(2) Only take out the amount of perishable food that can be processed in 30 minutes under room temperature.
