Soak wiping rags in bleach between use. Wipe down counter surface with sanitized rags before cutting bread on it.
Do not place ready-to-eat foods such as cilantro in close proximity to raw chicken. Watch for cross contamination at the kitchen prep sink area.
Temperature of refrigeration is satisfactory. Thermometers are available.
Soap and paper towel are available at the hand sink.
General sanitation is satisfactory.
