Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not maintained in sanitary condition [s. 17(1)]
Observation: 1. Dough mixer and attachment observed with dried on food debris.
2. One pot and one pan had oil/debris and were stored on the clean utensil storage rack.
3. Bucket for clean utensils has an accumulation of debris. Multiple utensils have debris on them, one utensils had debris and a small piece of plastic.
Correction: Ensure all of the above-noted equipment and utensils are properly cleaned and sanitized. Ensure equipment/utensils are maintained in sanitary condition to protect food from potential contamination. Date to be corrected by: Today.

Follow up to report MBEK-CZHV2D.
Stored equipment and utensils in sanitary condition. Utensils and pot/pan noted on previous report have been washed and sanitized. Dough mixer in use.
Low temperature dishwasher measured 50 to 100 ppm chlorine in the rinse residual at the utensil surface. Sanitizer residual maintained over multiple cycles.
Storage areas have been cleaned and reorganized. Extra equipment removed. Food is properly covered. Personal items stored away from food.
No open cans of food observed.
Preparation cooler at 3 degrees C (below) and 4 degrees C (above).
Display cooler at 2 degrees C.
Thermometers available for all coolers.
