Keep monitoring for any pest activity. - Daily temperature logs available and kept up to date. - FOODSAFE certified staff on duty. Note that the operator's certificate expires on July 19th, 2018. The operator (and two additional staff) are to obtain valid FOODSAFE certificates within one month.
