One household refrigeration unit located by server area not working and not in use.
*Look into removing broken equipment from premises when time is permitted.
Another household refrigeration unit located beside broken refrigeration unit measured greater than 4 degrees C at time of inspection. Operator stated this unit has been opened a lot during lunch time.
Non-potentially hazardous food items were stored in this fridge at time of inspection.
*Refrain from storing potentially hazardous food items in this fridge unless unit can maintain 4 degrees C or lower consistently.
Hot-holding soup and hot rice measured at greater than 60 degrees C.
