Comments

-Cooler at 1C. Beer, liquor, and cut fruits stored in cooler.
-Ice machine in sanitary condition. Scoop stored nearby in clean container.
-Handwash sink provided with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Quats sanitizer at 400 ppm. *Note: Manufacturer's label for quats statse that it is to be prepared at 200 ppm. Quats sanitizer was prepared according to manufacturer's directions and measured at 200 ppm.
-Bar glass washer measured at 12.5 ppm iodine.
-No evidence of pest activity at time of inspection.

*Note: Floor in back area has been refinished since the last inspection. Back door currently has wooden threshold (bottom) that is chipped. Owner stated that it is to be replaced with a metal one. Reminder to ensure that there is no visible gap between the bottom of the door and door frame to prevent entry of pests at this point.
