Comments

Temperature of the walk-in fridge was 9C (48F). Manager reported that the fridge door had been opened for stocking and temperature was 40F when checked in the morning. Monitor temperature and service if necessary. Pizza fridge that was empty was at 8 C (46 F). Manager adjusted the temperature. Monitor and service if necessary. Quats sanitizer solution contained in two bowls used for the wiping cloths was dirty. Concentration of sanitizer was 50 and should be 200ppm. Change frequency. Verify with test strips. Dishwasher temperature was satisfactory. General sanitation was satisfactory. Menu items are mostly cook-served ( hamburgers, hot dogs, chicken burger, chicken strips, pizzas, fries, salads, poutine). Discussed inspection with manager Johnny.
