These conditions can attract pests by providing food for them. Please Clean Corrective Action(s): Violation Score: 315 - Refrigeration units and hot holding equipment lack accurate thermometers [s. 19(2)] Observation: No thermometers observed in refrigerators. Infrared gun used instead. A thermometer in the fridge will give a better average reading than the gun. As its not affected by temporary fluctuations (ie. openinging + closing doors).
