Follow up to routine inspection #KLIU-CBJVMM:

> Chicken inside hot holding oven probed to be 60C.
> Sanitation in previously mentioned areas improved. No more pooling water or oil accumulation.
> All handsinks are accessible.
> QUATS sanitizing solution is available. Bleach is on site but facility will be mainly using QUATS for food contact surfaces.

Pest control is to come on site this week. Please provide service report to the undersigned once completed.
