- General sanitation - good. - Walk-in cooler at 4C. - Walk-in freezer at -13C. - Sandwich coolers were at 2C and 3.7C. - Hot holding (soup) > 60C. - Cleaning and sanitizing carried out in the 3-compartment sink. Test strips are available. - Surface sanitizer Quats spray bottle at 200ppm. Note: Peroxide in spray bottle - available on site. - Handwash stations supplied with hot/cold running water, liquid hand soap, and paper towels. - General food storage practices good at the time of inspection (foods stored off the floor and covered). - Dry storage room clean and well maintained. - No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
