Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Peeled onions, chopped potatos and cauliflower observed to be stored at room temperature. Paneer observed to stored under room temperature.
Corrective Action(s): Store all aforementioned items in the cooler able to hold an air ambient temperature of 4C or lower. All prepped food must be stored in cooling units until cook staff has time to cook the food. No prepped food must be stored at room temperature for more than 2 hours.

Observation: Observed raw chicken and fish sotreved above cooked sauces in the walk-in cooler. Observed scoops with handles directly in sauce containers in the walk-in cooler and single-use cups used for scoops submerged in sauce containers.
Corrective Action(s): All raw meats must be stored separate and below all ready-to-eat foods to prevent possible cross-contamination. Do not submerge scoops directly into the sauces. All scoop handles must not be in direct contact with food. Do not use single-use containers as scoops. Corrected by: Today.
