Routine Inspection conducted today. Only protein shakes permittd. Staff on-site with FOODSAFE Level 1 certification. Handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels. QUATs sanitizer bucket measured at 200ppm. 3-compartment sink available for warewashing. Stand-up coolers measured at 4C or lower. Temperature logs are well maintained. Temperature logs shows refrigeration units adheres to temperature health requirements. No signs of pests observed. NOTE: At least one person with FOODSAFE Level 1 certification must be present at all times when protein shakes are being offered. Overall, facility is well organized and clean.
