Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION):
- Bleach sanitizer in spary bottle inside the kitchen had no detectable chlorine when tested with test strips.
- Debris build up observed on the lid of a spice container.
- Dried up dough debris observed around the large mixer unit.
Corrective Action(s):
- Operator stated that the sanitizer solution was made yesterday. Ensure the sanitizer is made in correct ratio (1/2 tsp bleach to 1L water). Sanitizer in use at the front was measured at 100ppm. Sanitizer was made again at the time of inspection.
- Wash the container using the dishwasher. Scrub off any hard-to-remove debris manually.

Monthly pest control by professional pest control company. Most recent report from 2023 Feb indicates baits were placed inside the facility. **No baits are allowed inside the premises. Remove any rodent baits placed.
