Observation:
A few fruit flies noted around the dishwashing area. Accomulation of water noted under the dishwasher, which may contributed to a breeding site for fruit flies.

Corrective action: Maintain the area under the dishwasher dry and prevent accumulation of water and food debris that will allow breeding of pests. Contact the pest control company for additional service/treatment regarding fruit flies infestation.

- General Sanitation Satisfactory
- Pest control serviced by Westside pest twice per month
- UV lamp for insect control noted near the dishwashing area
- Temperature log for refrigeration units maintained and being recorded twice in a day
- No signs of rodent infestation noted during inspection, but a gap was observed around the pipe under the spray sink.
--> recommend to seal up the gap (e.g. using steel wool) to prevent entrance and harbourage of pests.
