Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Coffee steaming attachment is not sanitized after each use. Wiping rag used to wiping steaming attachment had no bleach sanitizer.
Corrective Action(s): Steaming attachment must be sanitized after each use to prevent potential cross contamination. Bleach sanitizer spray bottle was placed by the coffee machine at the time of inspection. Instruct staff to use the sanitizer to wipe down the attachment after each use.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Spray bottle labelled bleach had an unknown chemical.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all chemicals are properly labelled to prevent accidental mixing and/or misuse of chemicals. Bottle was emptied and washed and refilled with bleach sanitizer at 100ppm.

-Front sandwich cooler was at 4C (customer area and top).
-Double door cooler in coffee area was at 4C.
-Single door cooler in coffee cooler was at 3C.
-Prep cooler in coffee area was at 4C (top and bottom).
-Upright cooler (back area) was at 4C.
-Under counter freezer in coffee area was at -18C.
-Upright freezer (back area) was at -18C.
-Temperatures checked and recorded daily.
-High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse of 73C on the dish surface on consecutive cycles (minimum of 71C required for proper sanitizing).
-Handwash stations accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap and single use paper towels.
-Bleach sanitizer spray bottles were at 100ppm to 200ppm.
-Ice machine was found to be clean and well maintained.
-Foods stored off the ground and covered.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-Washroom clean and sanitary. Handwash station supplied with liquid hand soap and single use paper towels.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 valid until April 15, 2027.
