Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1L open can of roasted red peppers kept in fridge at 8.2C. Operator reports the can is a day old.
Correction: While discussing about the opened can of red pepper operator voluntarily discarded the contents.

General comments
- Handwash station is equipped with hot/cold water, soap, and single use paper towels
- Chest freezer (3) wsas masured at -16C
- Chest freezer (6) was measured at -16C
- Fridge unit was measured at 8.2C but no PHP stored in the fridge.
- Milk cooler was measured at 6.2C
- Butter cooler was measured at 4C
- Display cooler was measured at 2.9C
- Dishwasher had a final rinse temperature of 76.7C on the dish surface
- Quat spray present measuring at 200ppm
* Please keep a temperature log for all cooler units

- All employees are wearing masks
- Music not louder than normal speech.
- Patio seating too close, middle table is removed during inspection to ensure 2m separation between patrons in the patio.
