Observation: Low-temperature dishwasher measured at 0ppm chlorine. No chlorine sanitizer bucket available at the front to sanitize food contact surfaces.
Correction: Service the low-temperature dishwasher to measure at least 50ppm chlorine. Temporarily use 3-compartment sink method to clean and sanitize dishes and equipment. Ensure chlorine sanitizer bucket/spray bottle measured at 100-200ppm at the front to sanitize food contact surfaces. Corrected by: July 8, 2021.

Follow-up Inspection conducted for report#JCHY-C4PRBY.
All the following infractions have been corrected in report#JCHY-C4PRBY.
-Low-temperature dishwasher measured at 50ppm chlorine. Chlorine sanitizer buckets at the front and back area measured at 200ppm.
-All handwashing stations well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels. All handwashing stations clear from obstructions.
-Baby crib removed from food premise away from all food preparation.
