Follow up to report MBEK-CWWRAG. Cloth towel dispensing unit has been removed. Note: Paper towel dispenser is still in place, hand sink is adequately stocked. Proper hand washing and glove use procedures were observed during the inspection. In use equipment washed and sanitized at least every four hours. Sanitizing step in use for washed equipment and utensils. Two compartment sink set up with 100 ppm chlorine bleach.
