Followup inspection to Rpt # VCHN - CJBRFU: Operator has opted not to service the front display cooler. No cold potentially hazardous foods displayed at time of inspection. Samosas stored in paper bags in the small freezer at the side at or below -18 degrees C. No wraps at the time of inspection. Cheese products stored in the walk in cooler with self serve doors at or below 4 degrees C. Display cooler not to be used to display or store any cold potentially hazardous foods until serviced and unit is capable of maintaining 4 degrees C or less.
