Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Wet wiping clothes left on the counter.
Corrective Action(s): Please remember to place the wet wiping cloth back to 100ppm bleach sanitizer after use. Make this a habit.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Damp cloth used to cover parsley in the walk-in cooler.
Corrective Action(s): Please use a damp paper towel instead and discard after use. Reusable damp cloth may harbour bacterial growth.

Observation: Few mice droppings found in small closet by walk-in cooler again (left corner) and hot water tank room (by light bulbs).
Corrective Action(s): Please remove the noted droppings, clean and sanitize the affected areas.

306 - Food premises not maintained in a sanitary condition [s. 17(1)]
Observation: Grease noted on exhaust filters, grease build up/food splash noted under shelves of passover area and under shelf in dishpit area. Dust noted under drying mat where glasses are stored in the bar. Rocks and debris noted under dishpit.
Corrective Action(s): Please clean all noted areas by follow up inspection.

307 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces are not of suitable design/material [s. 16; s. 19]
Observation: 1) Wooden shelves in walk-in cooler, prep cooler, bar cooler and dry storage area are showing lots of wear and tear. Some spots appear to have mould growth. Scotch tape used to fix bar cooler door. Second chest freezer left of dry storage room door appears to have exposed sponge/foam parts on the perimeter of the frame. 2) Bottom of screen door (back) is no longer intact.
Corrective Action(s): 1) All these areas will need to be repaired/replaced so that surfaces are smooth, easily cleanable and non absorbent. Please contact the undersigned to discuss a timeframe for completion.Tapes are not a suitable material as it cannot be properly cleaned. 2) Pleae repair or replace the door screen.

Note: bucket of stagnant water was collected under ice bin in the bar. No water leak detected at time of inspection. If there was an issue with leak, please repair immediately. Empty and clean the bucket.
