Observation: Front 2 door freezer has thick ice build up along the walls, bottom and in the middle which could be from potential water leak. This could interfere with the cold air circulation within the freezer.
Corrective Action(s): Service the freezer for any leak and defrost it to remove the ice build up. Ensure that the freezer is regularly serviced/cleaned to prevent this issue in future.

Comments

Routine inspection conducted. Improvement noted in terms of general management and facility operation.

Observations:
- Temperature of walk in cooler is 4C
- Front display coolers (x2) recorded at 4C
One of the front display coolers have been replaced.
- Front chest freezer at -21C
- Back chest freezer at -11C
- Front 2 door freezer at -15C
see violation above
- Band saw was being used at the time of inspection.
- Prep tables were maintained in good sanitary condition.
- 200ppm bleach solution was available in sanitizer pail.
- 2 compartment dishwashing sink used for manual dishwashing. Operator is aware on how to conduct manual dishwashing - wash, rinse, sanitize with 200ppm bleach solution & air dry.
- No signs of pest activity observed.
- Back door was properly closed.

NOTE - Store boxes of paper roll off the floor to facilitate regular cleaning of floor.
