Beat sprouts were stored in open produce cooler unit with ice packs at time of inspection. Ensure adequate number of extra ice packs are available in the freezer to rotate them in order to ensure the bean sprouts are maintained at 4C or less at all times. Packages of alfalfa sprouts stored in another cooler unit at 4C or less. Correction order is still complied with at this time, but is still in effect until the specified expiration date.
