-Follow-up inspection to November 29, 2019.
-Majority of food for prep cooler is now stored in the bottom insert. Bottom was at 4C. Small amounts of food are stored in the middle inserts during busy times and foods are time tracked - foods are used or discarded after 2 hours at ambient temperatures.
-Shatter shield has been installed on the light fixture in the walk-in cooler.
-Managers have successfully completed their FoodSafe Level 1 equivalent training.
