Routine inspection conducted *Note* Facility used by senior citizens and AA Groups. Groups generally provide beverages (e.g. tea, refreshments) to members. At time of inspection: AA group storages not accessible. Seniors group currently conducting activity; no food being prepared at time of inpsection Temperatures: Upright Domestic Fridge/Freezer (Amana, nearest hall): 4.6°C / -14.0°C Soft drinks held in refrigerator No food in freezer compartment Upright Domestic Fridge/Freezer: unknown/ --9.8°C Fridge compartment is locked No food in freezer compartment Sanitation: Handwash station equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, paper towels, and garbage receptacle. Two 2 compartment sink available Storage: All food items were stored at least 6" off the floor. All products were either in original packaging or covered inside coolers. Storage area was well-organized. Chemicals and cleaners were stored separate from food preparation areas. General: No pest activity observed at time of inspection. No food production on site; personal snacks (prepackaged commercial cookies) Oven/stove available; used for heating up foods brought in for personal use.
