Followup inspection to Rpt # VCHN - ABTP4N:

Preparation cooler with inserts now on a timer system which turns on the cooler at 8am and prechills the unit. Inserts at or below 4 degrees C. Reminder to fill inserts to 1/2 full.
100ppm bleach available for use in labeled spray bottle.
Scoops stored outside of dry products.
Plywood boards removed from premise.
Temperature monitoring records maintained and available for review.
