Routine inspection conducted:

-Handwash stations adequately supplied.
-Refrigeration temperatures and Hot-holding temperatures within requirements.
-Temperature monitoring system in place. Thermometers available in each unit.
-Low temperature dishwasher achieved >50ppm chlorine at the plate level after final rinse.
-200ppm QUAT available in labelled spray bottles for disinfection of surfaces.
-General food storage practice satisfactory.
-Ventilation canopy hood serviced and maintained.
-Ice machine satisfactory. Equipment/tools maintained in sanitary condition.
-Storage room satisfactory; washroom satisfactory.
-No evidence of pest activity observed at this time.

General maintenance and sanitation of the facility very good.
