No changes to operation. Dry products are blended in containers, blended, sifted then packaged. Stainless steel work table available for use.
Hand sink available for use. Liquid soap and paper towels provided.
2, 2 compartment sinks available for use. Reminder: wash, rinse, sanitize in 100ppm bleach for 2 minutes, then air dry, all bowls, totes, containers, spatulas, mixers, etc.
Bleach sanitizer to be prepared and available for use in labeled spray bottle when in operation. Clean and sanitize all food contact surfaces.
Metal detectors and additional mixing equipment ordered but not onsite yet. |
