Routine inspection conducted:

- Handwashing stations adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
- Coolers operating at/below 4'C; freezers operating at/below -18'C; Hot-holding units operating above 60'C.
- Temperature monitoring system in place.
- Ice machine satisfactory. Scoop stored in proper manner.
- High temperature dishwasher achieved 71.1'C at the plate level after final rinse.
- 200ppm chlorine solution available in spray bottles.
- Dry storage shelves maintained in sanitary condition. Good.
- Foods obtained from approved sources. Receipts kept on site.
- Professional pest control company contracted. Reports checked at this time.

NOTE: Ensure to remove all dishes (no longer in use) from the storage shelves in the centre of the kitchen as discussed at this time.
NOTE: Ensure to have all kitchen staff properly trained with regards to the use of sanitizer.

General sanitation level of the facility had improved throughout the year. Ensure to all food debris are removed from floors at the end of each day to maintain the facility at sanitary condition at all times. No signature required due to Covid-19.
