NOTE: Ensure the top lid for pizza prep cooler is kept closed when not in use.
-Temperature monitoring system in place.
-Food storage practice satisfactory.
-Automated QUAT dispenser at 200ppm.
-General maintenance and sanitation satisfactory.
-Washroom satisfactory. Back storage area satisfactory.
-Traps in place. No evidence of pest activity observed.

NOTE: Bleach solution also available for washroom cleaning. Concentration >>200ppm. Ensure this solution is used for washroom cleaning only, never for food prep surfaces.
