Routine inspection.
Handwashing station is equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
Bleach water sanitizer is used for all equipment and food contact surfaces.
One walkin freezer is in operation at found at correct temperatures.
Note: Other walkin coolers are not in operation at this time.
Ensure all coolers at cleaned and sanitized prior to use.
Ensure all coolers are maintained at 4c or below and equipped with thermometers.
Enusre all exposed wood is finished with easy to clean material (ie.painted).

Note:Operator has informed that processing, repackaging and wholesale operations will be commencing in the next month as per original approved plans.
Operator may also renovate front area to retail operations.
Note: Inform Environmental health officer when planning any changes to facility including adding new operation procedures.
