Facility consisting of: Two domestic stoves, an upright fridge, commercial dishwasher, 3 compt manual dishwashing sink and a handsink. Foodsafe training completed. FSP/SP provided for menu items. FSP to be updated upon changes to menu items. Manual dishwash sign provided. Handwash/FSP sign provided. Single use towels, liquid soap in dispensers to be kept at handsink. Labelling of all food items required. Food storage: All items are to be stored on site. Lease agreement with facility required. copy to be sent to me ASAP FHA grants approval to operate.
