- All hand washing sinks were properly supplied with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
- Quats sanitizer solution available at 200 ppm in sanitizer pails and from dispenser at three-compartment sink. Test strips available for monitoring.
- Three-compartment sink maintained in sanitary conditions.
- High-temperature dishwasher reached 76C at the dish surface during final rinse cycle. Good - minimum of 71C required at the dish surface.
- All coolers (walk-in cooler, pizza prep cooler, upright cooler) measured 4C or colder
- All freezers (walk-in freezer, undercounter freezer by deep fryer) measured -18C or colder
- No hot-holding. Temporary hot-holding of finished pizzas awaiting customer pick-up / delivery only.
- Good food storage practices noted. All food stored properly covered and off the floor.
- Dry storage areas satisfactory
- Equipment maintained in sanitary conditions
- General sanitation excellent
- No signs of pest activity noted at time of inspection. Monthly pest control in place.
- Manager onsite at time of inspection had valid FoodSafe certification (or equivalent)
