Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Facility lacking sanitizer testing strips at main three compartment sink. CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION. Items located from supply cupboard.

Corrective Action(s): Ensure staff are taught how to make and test sanitizer solution. This is a repeat violation.
Make instructions on wall above sinks.
Currently day staff do not clean and sanitize utensils. Day staff unable to adequately demonstrate how to properly wash-rinse-sanitize utensils. Day staff need to know how to properly wash-rinse-sanitize all utensils for operation of this business

Observation: 1) Back door to storage area propped open. Signs indicating staff must close door. Dead mouse found in area today
2) Rubber mats have food in corners and underneath
3) Floor grout is missing in some areas contributing to pooling water and accumulation of food particles.
4) Large accumulation of "food spill" under beverage dispensing unit
5) Beverage has splattered on beverage dispensing unit. Item has been covered with cloth for storage prior to cleaning

Corrective Action(s): All items can contribute to rodent and/or fruit fly infestation. These spills must be cleaned and sanitized prior to leaving for the night.
