- Premises sanitation satisfactory. Ensure floor area around mixer and under adjacent shelving unit is cleaned frequently to prevent any build up of food debris.
- Handsinks were supplied with liquid soap and paper towel
- Coolers were operating at required temperatures (4C or colder):
- Walk-in cooler 2C
- Line cooler 1C
- Sliding door beverage cooler 3C
- Single door reach in cooler 3C
- Beverage cooler (self serve) 1C
- Walk in cooler well organized with all foods covered/protected from contamination
- Walk-in freezer -21C
- Single door freezer (chicken wings) -15C
- Temperatures of cold holding units checked 4 times daily. Readings entered into online monitoring system (Hutbot)
- High temperature dishwasher operational and achieved required sanitizing temperature. 71C at dish surface.
- Quats sanitizer (200ppm) available from dispenser at warewashing sinks.
- In use wiping cloth kept in sanitizer solution. Concentration measured 200ppm.
- Staff washroom maintained and supplied with liquid soap and paper towel
- Pest control contract in place with service twice monthly. Viewed most recent report (17-Jan-2023). No rodent activity noted. Door sweep at back recently replaced to exclude pests.
- Foodsafe requirement met at time of inspection. Area Leader present and has completed Foodsafe level 1. All Managers have completed Foodsafe level 1. Certificates kept on-site.
