Follow up inspection to report #DSOG-BAHS9L:

- Both handwashing stations easily accessible, not obstructed.
- All food items are stored in food grade containers. All single use containers are discarded after each use.
- All food items are stored covered with plastic lids or proper lids.
- General sanitation has improved. Areas noted in the routine inspection have been thoroughly cleaned. The ventilation hood will be professionally cleaned this Friday.
- All refrigeration units are now equipped with working thermometers. You must continue to monitor the temperature for all coolers.
- All pork feet and other meats now stored inside refrigeration units at < or = 4C.
- Continue with monthly pest control inspections.
