Hand sinks equipped with liquid soap and paper towels.
Sanitizer (quats) measured 200 ppm.
Line coolers at or below 4 deg C.
Line freezers were below -18 deg C.
Walk-in freezer at -25 deg C.
Pizza coolers were at 2-3 deg C.
Back storage upright cooler was at 2-3 deg C.
Back storage upright freezer was at -20 deg C.
**Note: New equipment installed - new line coolers and freezers.
All old counter tops/cabinetry have been removed and changed into stainless steel.
Renovations done mid-December. Kitchen was shut down for 3 days.
No changes in the layout of the kitchen.
High temp dishwasher reached 73 deg C at plate surface.
Temperature log was available and up to date. Temp log revised to include new line coolers/freezers.
All food and food-related items were stored off the floor.
No signs of pests noted at time of visit. Pest control monitoring
Front service area:
Soft ice cream = 2 deg C.
Line coolers were at 4 deg C.
General sanitation was satisfactory at time of visit.
- Pop machine need clean up (small syrup spill). Ensure machine is not leaking.
Washrooms were in sanitary condition.
