Hand sink available and in use with liquid soap, paper towels and warm running water
Hot and cold water available
300 ppm quats available and in use in sanitizer buckets and spray bottles
Dish washer final rinse cycle 72.6C at the plate. Temperature gauge is broken but temperature probe monitor is used for testing.
Steam can cooker is in working order at above 60C (meatballs)
Walk in cooler 1 at 3.8C jello
Walk in freezer 2 at -18C chow mein
Steam table at 60C or above empty at the time of inspection
2 compartment sink in use
