Health permit valid and posted in prominent location.
Hand wash stations supplied with hot cold running water and stocked with liquid soap and paper towels.
Sanitizer(quats) in buckets and spray bottle measured 200 ppm in concentration.
Walk-in cooler was at or below 4 deg C. Walk-in freezer was at -18 deg C.
All food items in the cooler/freezer were stored on shelves. Raw chicken stored in containers with lid and separate from other foods.
Hot holding for chicken was at or above 60 deg C (internal temp).
Gravy was above 60 deg C. Prep line coolers were below 4 deg C.
Temperature log was available and up to date.
All items related to food (i.e. take out containers, bags etc.) were stored in shelves.
No signs of pests noted at time of visit. Pest control monitoring in place.
Staff wearing clean uniforms and hair nets.
Staff washroom and public washrooms were in sanitary condition.
General sanitation was satisfactory at time of inspection.
