A routine inspection was conducted, the following observations were made:
- Cooler was 3C; and thermometer present.
- Hand sink had liquid soap, paper towels (once replenished), and running hot and cold water.
- High temperature dishwasher rinse cycle was 78.9C at the plate's surface, as per max/min thermometer.
- Equipment and surfaces in good working order, smooth, level, sealed and cleanable.
- General sanitation level is adequate. Improvement needed in the mentioned areas.
- No signs of pests.
- No perishable foods present in cooler.
**** Ensure regular maintenance of the facility is done to replenish paper towel, fill liquid soap dispensers, and to replenish soap and rinse aid entering the dishwasher. Records shall be kept to provide proof that this is being done to maintain the minimum health standards.**** |
