Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION):
There is no paper towels present at the hand washing sink for proper hand drying. Cloth towels are NOT acceptable as the material allows bacteria to grow and multiply on them.
Corrective Action(s):
Immediately place paper towels beside the hand sink, and keep it stocked at all times.

Observation:
Food stains found on wall behind gas range; on the top of the gas range; on the exhaust hood; inside the microwave; inside the warming drawers; and on the outside of the door frames of the cooler. These food stains will attract pests.
Corrective Action(s):
Immediately scrub and clean the mentioned areas with hot water and soap, and then sanitize (with a bleach & water solution or Quats solution). Also, increase the frequency and the detail with which the mentioned areas are cleaned.

Comments

A routine inspection was conducted, the following observations were made:
- Cooler was 3C; and thermometer present.
- Hand sink had liquid soap, paper towels (once replenished), and running hot and cold water.
- High temperature dishwasher rinse cycle was 78.9C at the plate's surface, as per max/min thermometer.
- Equipment and surfaces in good working order, smooth, level, sealed and cleanable.
- General sanitation level is adequate. Improvement needed in the mentioned areas.
- No signs of pests.
- No perishable foods present in cooler.

**** Ensure regular maintenance of the facility is done to replenish paper towel, fill liquid soap dispensers, and to replenish soap and rinse aid entering the dishwasher. Records shall be kept to provide proof that this is being done to maintain the minimum health standards.****
