Bleach sanitizer solutions available for use in front area and back food preparation area.
Wooden board used to place on top of garbage can removed from premise.
All food stored off the floor in the walk in cooler.
Scoops and other dispensing utensils store outside of dry products.
Cleaning complete underneath and behind the 2 compartment sink.
Cleaning complete in the storage area.
Cleaning complete inside the walk in cooler.
Exhaust canopy thoroughly cleaned.
New shelf in place above the 2 compartment sink. Finishing is smooth non absorbant and easy to clean.
Hand sinks clear of obstructions and provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
