- Drink cooler (left side) has been repaired - now able to maintain temperature at 4C or below. - New butcher's block arrived & in use - ensure to detach the old block from its legs and attach the new one. Putting the new block on top of the new block creates gap in between - this is not ideal. - Pest control report (from strata) reviewed. Treatment service has been done to target cockroaches. Recommendation provided to hire third party pest control company in addition to the existing strata pest control program. Maintain the sanitation to control pest - ensure floors are kept in clean condition every day.
