Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Ice scoop placed directly above the ice machine. Scoop taken to the dishwashing sink for washing at this time.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure the scoop is stored in a sanitized container and never directly above the machine to avoid cross contamination of ice.

Routine inspection conducted:

-Handwash station adequately supplied.
-Refrigeration temperatures within requirement
-100-200ppm chlorine solution available in labelled spray bottles.
-High temperature dishwasher achieved 74.8'C at the plate level after final rinse.
-No evidence of pest activity observed. Washroom handsinks satisfactory.
-General food storage practice good.
-General maintenance and sanitation good.

NOTE: Pizza boxes (unfolded) delivered placed on floor. The very bottom box in contact with the kitchen floor to be discarded. Normally placed above the shelving unit. OK.
