Large upright cooler's at 2 degC (freezer's at -18 degC); drinks cooler is at 3 degC; small undercounter cooler's at 3 degC
Rice temperature was 80 degC; Miso soup was at 74 degC
Three-compartment method of dishwashing being utilized.
200ppm bleach is available for sanitizing.
Hand sink and 3-compartment sink are fully equipped.
