Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Spray bottle of chlorine was unlabelled by the water filling station.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all chemicals are properly labelled to prevent accidental mixing and or misuse of chemicals. Botlles will need to be relabelled as needed. Spray bottle was labelled at the time of inspection.

Comments

-Facility providing bottled water services.
-Municipal water is treated using reverse osmosis and ozone.
-Source water is treated with a sediment filter (changed every 3 months, depending on source water) followed by reverse osmosis (filters/membranes changed yearly). Water is then treated with ozone. Ozone is injected into the water at midnight and is ready for use the next morning.
-Customers bring their own bottles for refilling. Bottles are rinsed prior to refilling. New single use cap is placed on each bottle. Bottles are filled by staff - customers are not allowed to handle the filling station. Staff member wears new gloves when filling each bottle and discards the gloves after each use.
-Filling station is disinfected with bleach sanitizer after each customer (200ppm)
-Water delivery bottles and Water To Go bottles washed and rinsed with a chlorinated trisodium phosphate solution (tested at 100ppm).
-Alkaline water: purified water is passed through an alkaline filter. Filter is changed based on use, approximately every 6 months. Customers are not allowed to operate the filling machine.
-Back handwash station supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels. Ensure hands are washed properly prior to filling up bottles.
-Washroom clean and sanitary.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.

-Signature not required due to the COVID-19 Pandemic.
