Routine inspection conducted - Hand wash stations are fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels, and hot and cold running water - All walk-in coolers and prep coolers are at or below 4C. Ensure food items are covered at all times to protect them from possible contamination - Freezer units are at -18C - Low temperature dishwasher achieves 100ppm Chlorine at plate level. Test strips available - Sanitizer available and achieves 100ppm Chlorine - Dry storage is good - No signs of pest activity Note: Bush Red Orange and Yellow food coloring are only intended for EXTERNAL use
