Public survey has been hand delivered to the operator. Violation 102 - Please soft ice cream is high potentially food ( HPF ) so it is requiring the " Permit" to be served to the general public. Please discontinuing the service until you receive the " Permit to operate" Application package will be mail to you and please do not hesitate to contact me for any further question/s that you may have. Discussed the future renovation and changes on the approved floor plan. Please submit three sets of floor plan for approval.
