Routine inspection:
- Coolers (bar cooler, 2 glass-door coolers, 2 beverages coolers) maintained at 4C or less.
- Freezers ( Stand-up freezer, 3 chest freezers) maintained at -18C or less.
- Soup hot held at 66C.
- Hand washing station provided with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
- 200 ppm chlorine solution available in spray bottle.
- High temperature dishwasher registered 72C at the plate level during the final rinse cycle.
- Food containers were covered with lids.
- Food debris observed on meat slicer and potato cutter. Operator stated they were just used.
- Temperature logs maintained and available for review.
- No pest activities observed.
- FOODSAFE requirement met at the time of inspection.
