Observation: 1. Several containers of food in the walk-in cooler and stand-up cooler are stacked on top of each other without any covers or lids.
2. Bulk food scoops were stored within bulk food bins. Scoop handles were in direct contact with the food.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Cover all containers of food to protect them from contamination and do not stack containers without covers or lids.
2. Store scoops outside the bins to avoid contamination from the handles to the food

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Back door was open at the time of inspection.

Observation: Grease, food debris, and dust observed throughout the kitchen on various surfaces such as floors, walls, and handles. Syrup was spilt on one of the shelves in the dry storage area and allowed to drip onto the lower shelves.
Corrective Action(s): Intensive cleaning is required in all areas of the kitchen to remove all grease, food debris, dust, and food spills. Date to be completed by: July 3, 2018
