The following items must be completed by 12-April-2023:

1. Revise Sanitation Plan (Add dishwasher information, QUATS concentration, correct Manual warewashing steps, etc). Submit revisions to the undersigned.
2. Seal coving edges in dry storage room.
3. Seal tile/ floor edge at mop sink.
4. Cover electrical wall holes in dry storage room.
5. Install shelving in main warehouse storage area.

Note: - Additional 2-door cooler to be installed once operator moves operations from Vancouver location to this location.
- Curtain strip between walk-in cooler edge + back loading door not installed.
- No objections at this time. Installation required if issues identified.
